 Act as a company contact and presence for the company and its existing and potential markets Doing estimation and costing for tendering
 Always maintain professionalism, integrity, tact, diplomacy and sensitivity to reflect the company ethos
 Visit existing and potential customers to build relationships and business
 Conduct an acceptable level of viable sales meetings each week through physical visits to new and existing customer sites
 Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge
 Perform technical demonstrations of company products/services while on client sites
 Emphasize products & services features and advantages, quote prices, discuss credit terms and sales process
 Overcome client objections/issues by demonstrating solutions focused approach to work, with ability to ask key questions to get to the core of issues / problems and provide resolution, through lateral thinking, understanding of overall challenges and incorporating ideas/experience of others
 Build and maintain on-going awareness of existing and new company products and services
 Gain clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements
 Build and encourage a network of leads through referrals, business meetings, telephone calls and networking to create new opportunities for revenue growth
 Gain market and customer information
 Understanding of competitors and products
