Job Description
• Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas including: Filling and shipping customer orders, ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, filing work orders from production, packaging, assemblies and receiving into finished goods, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
• Driving and operates Forklift, overhead Crane and Band saw machine in use to cut our materials according to the size ordered by the customer.
• Handling different kind of materials in our warehouse likes: forged drilling tools (drill collars, container van, solid and bored bars etc.), square bars and flat bars.
• Verification for all incoming deliveries and shipments and safe keeping of all stock located within the warehouse.
• Preparation of delivery orders and items for dispatch to customer.
• Inspects physical condition of the storage area, materials and equipment
• Maintain the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as required from time to time
• In charge in compilation of reports and other required documents.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support others when required
• Works within the company policies, objectives an quality management system.
• Handling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouse inventory current and accurate
