1. Human Resources Responsibilities.
• Insure all staff paperwork are legal and up to date(ministry approval and residency)
• Prepare letter of intent to renew the contracts for the next year.
• Acts as a liaison HR department at head office and school.
• Assists in the school recruitment process by ensuring the availability of all paperwork needed, by communicating with HR Department, principals and newly recruited staff.
2. Supervision the resources.
• Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of good service by achieving high standards of checking and evaluating goods received.
• To organize the effective collation and distribution of correspondence and papers to ensure that items are both received and dispatched as appropriate.
3. Events Coordination.
• Supervise the organization of all events & trips conducted in the schools.
• Make sure events are planned early in order to get good service.
• Coordinates non-instruction functions and activities, special events, staff social gathering, Trips and school formal events.
• Coordinating the School’s annual graduation prize-giving.
4. Social Media & Public Relations.
• Manage social media for both schools (Facebook - Instagram)
• Coordinate with IT & Graphic Designer for any requested.
• Approval from Ministry of Education as Admin Supervisor
1. Recruit Oversees & Local Teachers.
2. Update tracing system & Manpower for ATIS & GES.
3. Sort Cvs and schedule interviews.
4. Preparing the job offer based on the TES salary scale.
5. Communicate with candidates for documents.
6. Coordinating with the Employee Relation Officer to get MOE approval from the Ministry & get the Visa.
7. Handling Employee Relation Officer tasks from the beginning of August
• proceed with their papers for (Visa NOC - Transferable - Contract renewal)
• Accommodation
8. Communicate with the candidate for accommodation and ticketing after accepting the offer.
9. Prepare all memos and forms for HR and get approvals from CEO.
