- Manage recruitment process in terms of screening, conduct phone interviews, creating job requisition, job offers, employees’ contracts, and related documents.
- Responsible for employee onboarding.
- Support with all HR and government affairs related requests such as letters, leaves,
iqama renewal, exit re-entry... etc.
- Handle investigations when any conflict occurs.
- Manage employee onboarding.

- Coordinate training courses and seminars for employees as per business needs.
- Responsible for the executive coaching program.
- Conduct training sessions for the Performance Management System and support the
employees during the cycle.
- Handle Employee Engagement yearly survey.
