القيام بالوظائف الادارية كتحديد استراتيجيات العمل وتنظيم الموارد داخل الشركة ومراقبة اداء الموظفين والعمل على تحسين الانتاجية, القيام بمهام شؤون الموظفين كتحديد الرواتب والعلاوات والاجازات وغيرها, القيام بالوظائف المحاسبية وتنظيم سجلات الشركة واعداد االقوائم المالية بأنوعها والميزانية العمومية, متابعة تحصيل الفواتير مع العملاء واتمام المراسلات مع العملاء والشركات المزودة للخدمات
I was responsible for sales coordination with tow fresh sales men whom were responsible for setting up the meetings with clients at their sites and do double visits to client, preparing financial & technical offer for them, discussing conditions of sale, and draw up contracts, follow up the after sales people, also i was responsible for 3 projects for medical centers .
I was studying property listings, interviewing clients, accompanying clients to property sites, prepare financial offer, discussing conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.
