The requirements to properly install the system were defined in the Design Specification.
I have done my summer training at SIPCO ( Pepsi-Cola) for three months. I had been through their production line, worked as shift trainee for three months.
I have done my Coop training at Petro Rabigh Company for four Months duration. I had been through their maintenance department, worked as field mechanical technician trainee for two months, and then transferred to the workshop department for two months, went through their Valves workshop, fabrication workshop, and maintenance workshop as workshop maintenance technician
Yanbu Industrial college offers a BS degree program in Mechanical Engineering Technology. The curriculum of this degree program gives me a background in the important areas of Mechanical Engineering Technology. It enables me to assign considerable amount of my time to the areas of design, manufacturing, thermal sciences and material science. At the same time, I had taken various elective courses catering to the needs of the industries. Possible topics cover a wide range of subjects such as Turbo-machines, Power Plant Engineering, Production Planning and Control. These courses prepare me for the direct entry into both industrial organizations and higher studies, after graduation.
This program enabled me to understand the development, performance, selection, Installation, operations, control, troubleshooting and maintenance of various types of pumps, compressors, turbines, piping systems, internal combustion engines, power plants, heat exchangers, refrigeration and air conditioning systems. This program prepares me to take positions as assistant to engineers in the design, development, operation, control and performance testing of rotating equipment and heat engines. Laboratory activities are an integral part of this program and provide instruction in testing, control, performance parameters recording, and performance reporting and evaluation as well as dismantling, re-assembly, fault diagnosis and maintenance programming of various types of mechanical equipment, along with modern testing and control techniques.
