IYF is an American NGO that located in Washington, United States and it has offices in 37 countries in the world. Youth: Work Jordan is the name of the project that IYF manages here in Jordan and it’s a $30 Million Dollars USAID funded project in coordination with Jordan Ministry of Social Development.
I’m working as the Senior Finance & Admin Manager; my responsibilities are to manage all the accounting, admin, IT, HR, Grants, operations & financial issues. Preparing monthly and yearly financial reports and do required reports for the head office in Washington taking in consideration our budget & USAID regulations. Moreover, I do manage and supervise 20 Employees.

Royal Health Awareness Society is an NGO that was established in 2005 under Her Majesty Queen Rania ALAbdulah patronage to work in the health awareness Projects which supported from many donors and many governmental bodies.
I was working as the Director of Finance & Admin; my responsibilities were to manage six different projects from all the accounting and financial sides, preparing monthly financial reports which include income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flows, making necessary JVs, prepare monthly bank reconciliations, check and review daily data (JVs, PVs, and RVs), sign and control cheques prepared for vendors and suppliers, control account payables and receivables balances, monthly salaries with employees income tax and social security, monitor and compare budgeted figures with actual and present variances report to the management and Board of Trustees and in the present of Her Majesty Queen Rania AL-Abdullah, manage seven employees, and do reporting for management, board of directors and the society’s donors. Moreover, I have managed everything related to HR, admin and office! I was also responsible for making contracts and implementing new polices and make sure we are applying Jordanian labor law. I was also a member in the purchasing committee.

Special Experience. I assisted Jordan River Foundation’s financial consultant in preparing a new financial and administration system for the Foundation that included designing new chart of accounts, costing system, budgeting system, documentation system, new accounting circle of operation, founding a salary scale system and new form for the yearly plan. Moreover, I worked with him in many other projects in Jordan & Saudi Arabia.
I have worked as an Accountant and I did all the accounting and financial issues related to hotels accounting system and I was responsible for the following:
-Make the necessary Journal Vouchers, Payment Vouchers, and Receipt Vouchers that related to our daily operations.
-Preparing the monthly closing JVs and presents the monthly reports to the Director.
-Preparing the necessary bank reconciliations and JVs.
-Hotel Store keeping and I was responsible to do (IN - OUT) for the store items and according to the store keeping system and vouchers, and doing the yearly stock take.
-Checking the daily report that was presented from the front office department and prepare the necessary reports to the general director accordingly.
-All other things that related to the accounting department work, like handling the petty cash, writing the necessary financial memos and letters, social security and income tax reports and following up.
I have worked as an Accountant; my responsibilities were the payment arrangements and account receivables matters by:
-Receive the Daily invoices and do the sales sheets that indicate the cash and the credit sales along with a receipt voucher.
-Follow up the account receivables settlements with costumers.
-Receive the Vendors invoices and arrange the payments according to the receivables collection and the bank statement.
-Do the vendors checks and sign it from the Director, deliver these checks to vendors with the regular procedures.
I finished my bachelor degree of accounting from ASU.
I finished my high school degree, scientific section in 1993 from Khaled Bin Waled High School.
