-Responsible for end-to-end management of daily operations of printing press including the technical, personal and production function.

Researches and prospects new event initiatives
Maintains accurate donor / prospect files as required both in the donor database and in hard-copy files
Coordinates donor cultivation and recognition events
Provides support and works in partnership with volunteer committees as required
Identifies strategies and implements systems to improve event coordination and performance
Coordinates the preparation and distribution of event promotional materials
Contributes to the practice of integrating volunteers and donors across full range of fund development programs
Analyzes data to assist with planning and evaluation of programs and events
Co-ordinate multiple events simultaneously
Maintain inventory for project offices and for items purchased for Consultants.
Assist Egypt-based Canadian staff with tasks related to relocation (e.g. identifying apartment, purchasing furnishings, obtaining residency)
Manage the project resource library
Create and edit the project e-newsletter.
Follow-up on photographs, printing and local publications.
Provide necessary support for the short term project staff Consultants.
Carry out all the secretarial work of the office and follow up on all the main business branches.
Organize rentals of vehicles

Administrative Assistant:
•Handles and coordinate with Finance manager the outstanding payable and receivable for the project.
•Strong written communication skills for correspondence, proposals and reports
•Collects the data for the Project monthly cash request and revised, send to finance Manager.
•Prepares all financial requests with the required supporting documents.
•Assist Technical staff with all matters related to the workshops, Training vanes, training material (editing- printing, Media, Power point ), and hotel reservation.
•Maintain and develop filing.
•Works in collaboration with the technical team to liaise and provide support to community/third party event organizers across the country.
•Maintain inventory for the project assist.
