Ensure building positive relationships with the customers' key contacts to ensure that the company is perceived as the preferred supplier.
Examine customers' damages claims; approve compensating them within the company's guidelines, and follow-up with the different functions to ensure closing the claims within the target lead time.
Investigate customers' complaints, involve the right people in the organization to solve them, and close the loop with the complaining customer to ensure resolving the complaints within the target lead time and complying with company's policies.
Lead the coordination and the teamwork of handling customers' concerns with other functions, such as CBD, Shipping, Warehouses, Accounting, or IT to emphasize that the organization is a customer-service oriented.
Communicating to the customers on the spot any expected issues like delivery delays and short shipments to ensure taking care of their investments.

Run a periodic trade visits nationally with alignment with CBD to build the relationship and handle complaints.
Implement and deploy the developed systems and processes efficiently to ensure meeting the department development plans.
Communicate with Shipping & Customer Service Manager to share any serious operational issues and/or customer complaints, getting alignment on solutions, monthly review of KPI's / any justifications and to get directions.
10. cordinate with other functions, such as CBD, Shipping, Warehouses, Accounting, or IT via e-mails, tel. calls and face to face meetings on an ongoing basis.
11. Ongoing contact with the key contacts of a specified big customer to get input of any major concern and provide feedback on any pending issue.
Attending the monthly Logistics Canvas meeting with PS & Warehouses to get the monthly priorities, provide input on customers' priorities, share any important up-dates or issues, and discuss solutions with the rest of the team members.
Gather and report the related shipping KPI's by up-dating logistics scorecard on a monthly basis.
