• Established Operating procedures for airport departments according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 systems and other external regulations and follow-up novelty of airport operating systems or novelty of quality standards (ISO) and updates the procedure’s accordance with the applicable in airport;
• Establishing quality policy and quality objectives and follow-up;
• Monitoring all the department resources and inform the responsible manager immediately in case of deviation indicator;
• Ensuring that minor / major non-conformance is promptly investigated and verifying the completion of corrective actions;
• Record all the airport maintenance activities in soft copy;
• Setting Quality Assurance (QA) compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved;
• Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization;
• Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation;
• Monitoring performance through gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports;
• Prepare the monthly reports of the airport consumption (water, electricity, fuel …etc.) maintenance activities and monitoring;
• Follow-up technical staff in carrying out maintenance works and checks;
• Responsible for the preparation of the Airport certification Manual (ACM) with the assistance of the various departments;
• Training personnel working in quality management on their work and transferring expertise to them;
• Ensure testing and calibration of equipment and devices is carried out in accordance with the schedule of the plan and procedures;
• Follow up on the updates of external source documents (legislation and specifications) to comply with the certification requirements documents to ensure the approved and documented workflow (including ICAO-ECAR documents);
• Carry out the In Job Training; Through providing in Quality Management System awareness courses, providing in driving in Airside awareness courses and Theoretical exercises for a large-scale Emergency plan;
• Convening and sharing management and reviewing meetings of quality system.
• participation the Q.C of the projects under construction; monitoring the project Quality Procedure (PQP), which include QMS, specifications, project documents, Quality attachments (Procedures and Instructions).
• Participation to establishment of the Safety Management System (SMS) manual;
• The implementation of the Airport Safety Management System (SMS);
• Ensures that all Safety Equipment's used by all Job Holders required to use these Equipment's in the Movement area;
• Monitors the Activities of all Airport Partners and Concessionaires and reports Safety Concerns in the Movement area;
• Executes the Hazard Control Sheet (HCS) to report the Hazards Noticed in The Movement area;
• Conducts all the Regular Inspections required of Airport Facilities located in the Movement area;
• Receive all the Complaints and Safety Related Concerns of all workers and pass them to the safety manager;
• Records all the Safety Related Accidents and Incidents that occur at the Terminal in the Incident & Accident Log Book;
• Prepares all necessary amendments to the Emergency Plan and organizes submission of these amendments to concerned Authorities;
• Ensures continuous update of all necessary documents related to emergency plan;
• In conjunction with the safety manager coordinates the schedules for the required emergency drills for various types of incidents (Aircraft Fire, crash in and out of the Airport, hijacking etc.);
• Ensures all required publications are available for the Air Traffic Control Tower libraryز
• Review and approve appropriate documents prior to issuance;
• Ensure that appropriate versions of applicable documents are in place;
• Prevent unintentional use of canceled documents;
• Preparation of procedures with all managers of departments;
• Work to improve and develop the quality procedures and models currently in force in the company in a way that does not conflict with the general objective, laws and instructions;
• Follow-up on corrective actions and review cases of non-compliance including customer complaints.
• Plan internal audits, review reports and make improvement decisions;
• Participation and active presence in the periodic meetings of the Department;
• Processing the work of the management meeting to review the quality system;
• Issuing appropriate decisions within the limits of the authorities, which may be a reason for improving the performance of the quality system in general.
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence;
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls;
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies;
• Respond to customers inquiries;
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support;
• Preparing the monthly financial reports;
• Preparing the Laboratory reports, Designs & all required documents;
• Drawing the Statistical charts;
• Responsible for maintaining the procedure and records related to internal quality control system;
• Reviewing and updating the distribution of the quality manual and procedures;
• Review and update as necessary and re-approve documents;
• Ensure that relevant versions of applicable documents are available at points of use;
• Reviewing nonconformities (including customer complaints).
