1995 I had employed in general company for petrochemical industry :-
1995—1997 I worked in Designs and Manufactures Section :-
o Design and Measuring and make drawing for different parts for pumps and compressors and valves
……etc.
o Progressive Course in AutoCAD.
o Design Pipe line system.
o Design Pressure vessel and Drums.
o Design and Manufacture different parts for different pumps and compressors and valves (shaft,
wear ring, Gears, Couplings ………etc.)
1997—1999 I worked at the rotary equipment department :-
o Maintenance vertical and horizontal pumps (Rohr pump, Sundyne pump, etc) and high pressure
compressor malti stage(Charge gas and air Comp.) (York, Clark, Atlas cop. Co)
o Maintenance high pressure pump like Boiler feed water pump, Amine pump.
o Maintenance steam turbine for compressor and pump.
o Maintenance chiller compressor.
1999—2004 I worked at the Heating equipment department :-
o I worked at the heat exchanger maintenance section (repair and manufacture different kind of heat
exchanger and manufacture special type of heat exchanger).
o I worked at the valves maintenance section (repair safety valve & plug valve & gate valve & needle
valve & ball valve & batter flay valve …..Etc.) .
o I worked at the welding section (welding different kinds of pipes for gas or liquid and welding
different parts of pumps and compressors and welding different metals).
o Maintenance cracking furnaces (Cutting and welding cracking bundles pipes \[ HK. 40, HB 50\] and
convection pipes \[St.Steel \] and preheat pipe .and cutting or welding another fitting elbow and red.
…..etc. And maintenance spring hunger and burners).
o Manufacture and Repair chlorine cells (change mesh and corrugate plats for cathode).
o Maintenance The industrialization of a nitrogen tower (change heat exchanger(cold box) and other
parts \[Aluminum metal\]).
o Maintenance Boilers: - 1. Cutting and welding bundles pipes (side or ceiling).
2. Cutting and welding super heater pipes and economizer pipes.
3. Repair steam and water drum.
• I worked with (EIC) Russia company in Nassyria power plant to maintenance Boiler and
another parts
• 2005 I worked with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (G.R.S) in Tallil Air Base. Iraq ( Iraqi team
design )
• 2005—2006 I Worked with PTCH Company as a Senior Mechanical Eng. In Petrochemical Gas
Turbine To maintenance 3 unit form gas turbine.
• 2006 I worked for Snafee Company (Iraq-Basra) as an operation manager in R_zero water
treatment plant in Basra (subcontractor from Bechtel USA company).
• 2006-2007 Welding and Piping engineer in Snafee comp. to Reconstruction central Gas
compressor station (SR3R). In south of Rumaila under KBR co. supervision.(T.O. 20)
• 2011-At the moment I am employed by STC company asô a deputy manager of the Basrah
Branch, which is consider a key agent of many large foreign companies(TOYO, Technic,
procreant, Uhde, Tecnimont KT, Airpac, etc), and I had training in Beco fast in Italy about the
different types of filters.
