My role in Mobily Project was:
• In Mobily project I was managing complex projects in (B2B) track. Responsible for studying Business Requirements, reviewing/Finalization of Solution Design, Managing and supporting SMEs while doing HLD, iLLD; Monitoring/Review of Solution Development, CIT-component Integration test in SIT environment & QA Testing in Pre-Prod environment; Deployment in higher environments and finally confirming the Project RFS after PV and UAT test completion.
• Define the project's scope, the planning, monitoring & controlling, and closure of a project.
• Managing cross-functional onsite/offshore teams and being a liaison between business and technical departments to deliver projects that increase performance, enhance experiences, and enable organizations to achieve strategic objectives.
• Ensuring timely project execution and delivery despite challenges of conflicting priorities, team bandwidth and demanding client expectations.
• Add value by identifying gaps and improvement areas and building trust-based client relationships.
