Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct sales analysis follow up on market trends and monitor the competition’s
activity.
• Training, Supervising and Coaching the team.
• Propose ways to improve the business: in store merchandizing, opening hours,
product mix.
• Produce quantitative and qualitative sales report .
• Ensure consistency in customer service delivered and handle all complaints and Be
present in the shop floor to generate sales and handling VIP customers .
• Prepare schedule to ensure full coverage of the shop floor and maintain grooming
standards of the staff .
• Coordinate with the back office, suppliers, logistics, marketing, and merchandizing
team regards of new launches, in store animation or renovation and provide
feedback accordingly.
• Update the stock control register form and Keep proper record of all stock
movements .
• Follow up on different issues with Mall Management such as mall promotions,
permits, security.
• Ensure the Store SOP is followed.

Motivating and handling the staff for the best customer service and to maximize the
sales by handling daily briefing and if needed weekly meeting.

• Handling all Paper works and making sure that all the documents are sent on time.

• Handling inventory, stocks count and stock movement register update.
