through Joinery budget, Purchase budget, running invoices & Sub Contractor dealing for negotiations.
•Monitoring, controlling and updating of project costs, risks, billing, invoicing, accruals provisions and project reports.
•Verifying claimed amounts of sub cons, Interim Payment applications, payment certificates, project expenses look after taking report of on-going projects, claiming variations in on-going projects, scheduling daily works of estimation department.
•For Variation Purposes Preparing spread sheet while preparing complete Quotes to mark breakdown columns for the purpose of in-house cost of factory labour, installation labour, material, sales commission, contingencies, profit & net.
•Coordinates with the colleagues to produces correct quantity, pricing in order to find estimates through allowed budgets, all is done through self and also through a team of estimators, junior quantity surveyors or draftsmen based on the situation.
•Provide backup pricing for the company when dealing with Clients, Sub-contractors and Consultants by inviting four to five quotes from suppliers and sub cons.
•Attends in-house meetings as needed.
•Tracking company projects through coordination with site installation team for timely invoicing.
•Handles all commercial, contractual variations, claims and disputes with both clients and subcontractors separately.
•Liaises with the client, client representatives and other 3rd parties on commercial issues, including the agreement for additional amount.

Activities of Estimation & QS work were related to carrying out pre estimation & post tender QS work for complete Interior Turnkey Projects.
•Pre tender Interior Turnkey Projects understanding client’s requirements, conducting site surveys whenever required, sending RFIs, interacting with client’s designer or representative in order to get correct picture, taking off quantities, sending RFQ's to suppliers &sub-contractors, preparing basic cost sheet and quotation, finalising the quotation with MD and sending it to client. Follow-up with client, provide value engineering option if asked so, involves in negotiations for locking the quote.
•Post tender Interior Turnkey Projects: finalising commercial terms in order to prepare contractual agreement, detailing all estimated quantity and prices as per actual site requirements and based on shop drawings, handing over production BOQ to Projects department for timely and correct execution to satisfy the requirements of clients in order to collect full amount, based on BOQ conducting Kick Off internal meeting with projects, joinery, and purchase and accounts departments to clear their doubts. In the period of project execution monitoring variations and interacting with client for additional claims if required. Finalising suppliers and sub-contractors’ to ensure profitability of the project, coordinating with accounts to ensure correct and timely invoicing.
•Supervising pre & post tender works of other estimators & quantity surveyors i.e. checking the feasibility of the projects, review site survey results, development of RFIs, review basic cost sheet and preparation of quotation, finalising the quote with MD and sending it to client. Part of meeting with client to finalise it, after winning the project helping junior team by supervising post tender works.
•Ensuring complete filing of relevant pre and post tender communication with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and design/projects department if any additional changes in specifications or drawings occurred, keeping record of tender drawings and shop drawings from the commercial point of view.

Carried out site project execution works along pre &post estimation work relating to Interior Turnkey Projects for Offices, Apartments, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Villas and some special designing of custom made Furniture. It includes the work of noting down client requirements, conducting site survey, prepared design on AutoCAD and finalizes Bill of Quantities, corresponds with client &prepared project Schedule in order to complete the projects with coordination of all sub-contractors& suppliers in order to handing over of complete job to client.

It’s all related to work of digitizing and Raster to Vector conversion means hard copy to soft copy of Architecture, AC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and Electrical layouts. The source drawings were of American buildings made on A0 scanned drawing and converting into specialized CAD software.
