Responsible for electrical, automation, and maintenance execution in a continuous brewery
production environment.

Daily Responsibilities
• Demonstrate a full understanding of the Design & Engineering management process
• Ability to lead the engineering teams in identifying re-engineering savings and incorporation of these within the engineering process.
• Management and scheduling of Technical teams.
• Management and scheduling of the cost of engineering output for business (spares parts)
• Management and scheduling of offshore and outsourced support companies (OEM)
• Manage of the business BIM implementation.
• Identify innovation within engineering supply chain and construct processes.
Otherdailyfunctions;
• Management of internal weekly/monthly engineering forecast and review meetings with Project Teams.
• Participate in design meetings where necessary and provide continual input to optimize engineering/ design delivery and ensure we minimize futile work.
• Assist in developing Design & Engineering delivery schedule along with on-site engineering manager/Engineers, Client, others OEMProject manager, Design managers and Consultants.
• Develop comprehensive scope of work and contract document deliverables list for each related discipline(Electrical or automation).
• Negotiate scope of work, deliverables and price with outsourced engineering firms.
• Assist Engineering Manager in incorporating onto D&C running sheet all internal and external design and cost issues.
• Manage distribution and production of project workload within teams.
• Collaborate on new design issues and research projects with team.
• Ensure projects and finished graphics are accurate and precise.
• Manage and maintain record keeping of engineering schedules and build files for all projects.
• Project prioritization of engineering, design, assignment and management to engineers/designers/OEM.
• Lead with effective supervision an experienced design/engineering teams toward greater creativity and efficiency.
• Evaluate and motivate engineers toward continued growth and leading engineering solutions.
• Participate in departmentalstrategic planning
• Manage the tendering technical submissions team for major tenders.

Mega Projects experienced or ongoing up to date
• Glass line: installation and commissioning of new filler, inspection system and conveyors system
• PET line: re-commisioning of GEA Procomac Filler, Retrofit or Intermix, Blow moulder machine
• Canning line : installation and commissining of new line
• Utility:New boiler installation
• Brewhouse:Electrical retrofit from SIEMENS Step 5 to SIEMENS TIA Portal
• Brewhouse: installation and integration of new tanks for CIP and YPV process
• Cyber security: Building and monitoring of new network architecture as DIAGEO´s specification

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance across production, packaging, and utilities
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production operations
• Manage SAP PM (CMMS) work orders and reporting
• Lead troubleshooting and RCA activities for equipment failures
• Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors
• Support TPM and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage spare parts usage and availability
• Support shutdown and turnaround planning
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
