Provide full administrative support to the Corporate Department with all its divisions in order to ensure effective and efficient operations and to relieve respective managers from administrative workload allowing them valuable time that can be spent on more important priorities and decision-making. Duties include receptionist and project based work. Project a professional Bank image through in-person and phone interaction.
•Attending to business calls with courtesy and precision. Prepare materials for signatures and follow up on various requiring special attention or action.
•Timely coordination, preparation of Agenda for meetings. Keeping the confidentiality of the profession, reporting materials and discussion issues and necessary bilateral translation for management meetings including drafting of minutes.
•Organizing office routine work such as organizing internal and external correspondence and establishing standard filing system and follow up of some book keeping.
•Preparing legal contracts liaising Bank and the Client.
•Setting up customer system to improve the follow up of potential customer visits, offers, received orders and claims.
•Managing and handling the staff.
•Achieving sales objectives by developing and planning sales and distribution strategies.
•Identifying opportunities to sell the shops products.
•Developing, maintaining strong and profitable relationships with customers.
•Ordering and receiving products.
•Preparing daily sales report
