 Covering Key Domestic Retailer Outlets in Key Malls (Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Festival City, Deira City Center, Ibn Batuta Mall, Marina Mall) in the Dubai region.
 Job responsibilities include data collection, Merchandising, POS material deployment, Training/Coaching retail outlet staff on Nokia Products (Upcoming Models and Solutions) and selling skills.
 Market research and tabs on competitor activities
 Maintaining good relationship with our retail partners so that we can influence their decisions about what and buy and Prominent Visible space to place our POS material in the respective outlet.
 Training our Sales Promoters in particular outlets so as to keep a check on their product knowledge and selling skills
 Enabling underperforming outlets, to increase sales and profitability, this is done by aiding them with selling skills and giving them hands on product training in real time and the use of branding elements to enhance visibility of our products.
 Collecting intelligence on upcoming Models and Promotions by competitors.
 Recommended Retail Price discrepancies are closely monitored throughout my weekly visits to our Key Domestic Retailers outlets.
 Assisting in VIP market visit.

 Team Leader - Managing a Team of 2 Field Officers
 Reporting to the Lower Gulf Retail Manager
 Selection and Recruitment of Field Officers
 Position is based in Dubai and liaising with Field Operatives via Skype and emails

 Managing Echo Training and Merchandising activities across 100 Outlets
 Deployment of Live Demo Devices and running Champion Programs
 Back Checking our property in Retailer outlets
 Data Collection and Monitoring Competitor’s Activities
 Setting up Key Performance Indicator for Field Officers and incentivizing them appropriately
 Setting and arranging trainings for staff in order for them to be fully knowledgeable about Nokia Products, time management, relationship management and problem solving, all of which are a prerequisite for the Job
