Perform accurate accounting entries based on valid and complete information as well as supporting documents.
Perform reconciliations related to Suppliers Accounts on monthly basis.
Perform banking reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations on monthly basis.
Ensure proper allocation of each invoices based on cost center and division.
Perform transactions related to prepayments and accruals and update their schedules.
Proper handling of fixed assets including addition, transfer, depreciation, and sale or disposal.
Prepare periodical accounting and financial reports.

Examine statements to ensure accuracy.
Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date.
Organize and maintain financial records.
Provide auditing services for businesses and individuals.
Prepare official declarations ( VAT, Payrolls, NSSF, Others).

Data Entry. (Journal Vouchers, Payment Vouchers, and Receipt Reconciling third parties accounts (Receivables, Payables, and Banks).
Preparing official declarations (VAT, Salaries and Wages, NSSF, Others).
Preparing periodical accounting & financial reports as per customer request.
Performs related work as assigned.
