Provides immediate attention to all guests upon arrival and seating.
Maintain and adhere to billing policies and procedures
Maintain positive teamwork at all times
Accurate and timely delivery of orders to guests
Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
Assessing bar customers' needs, preferences and making recommendations
Able to multi-task positions, work under pressure and fast-paced
environment
Receive payments and present change to customers.
Make reservations and receive calls for order and deliveries
Receive food checks from waiters or customers
Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations
Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period
Purchase food stuff and negotiate pricing.
