- Office Works: Organizing all the files like out going faxes & incoming faxes, checking the outlook and responding to the emails from clients & from the suppliers, updating the contact details of clients & suppliers, answering telephone, assisting the General Manager in meetings, getting the best quotations from different suppliers and requesting samples if needed, computing the PRICE PER UNIT of the item, checking the quality of the delivered item.
