Talent Acquisition:
• Providing staffing and recruitment consultation in identifying, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates -Internal and External-mainly for UAE and sometimes for some parts of the region (ex: Qatar-Oman).
• Partnering with the line managers to determine sourcing and provide appropriate candidate pool for interview process.
• Successfully achieving diversity in recruitment in all aspects (languages, gender, people of determination)
• Preparing offer letters, contracts and applying for DAFZA employment visas.
On-Boarding& Off-Boarding:
• Ensuring smooth and timely onboarding/induction program of new joiners, while minimizing the impact to the business.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Prepare and coordinate all logistics for the on-boarding of new employees to ensure smooth entry.
• Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
• Preparation of end of service compensation.
• Update all HR records to reflect joiners and leavers.
Business Partnering:
• Work with the management team, build and foster a culture of employee engagement and integrity to reinforce the organization’s business strategies and culture for continuous growth and improvement.
• Provide coaching to mid-level managers.
Job Description:
• Responsible for updating and improving “Job Descriptions” complying with the company policy.
Payroll:
• Providing support to monthly payroll (all associated activities) and periodic remuneration and benefit programs.
Policies:
• Assisting in driving improvement to HR Policies and processes (Ex. Recruitment, onboarding, flexible working hours, maternity and paternity& working from home…).
• Drafting of policies and procedures as well as ensuring proper implementation.
• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
• Follow up and monitor that all employees are complying with company policies& monitor any breaches and issue warning letters when needed.
• Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
• Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
General Tasks:

• Screening C.V from the company website and I was assigned from the HR director to make a new application form (in Arabic & English).
• Quality check on the employee documents (new hired & resigned employees) in their files in the Authority Archive.
Training:
Handling tasks of the Training Department “as an assignment”:
• Contacting training providers to collect the financial proposal for training courses according to training plan and budget.
• Scheduling the training course for the employees.
Employee Relations:
• Responsible as part of a team to collect info, analyze, compare and choose the best medical insurance company, to establish new medical coverage system in FAHR.
• Auditing on Employees attendance and preparing reports about their breaches according to the federal labor law.
• Contacting with outsource providers to get some offers for employees ex:(Damas - Du)
• Translating Contracts and some documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.

1. I got awarded in a competition by applying a presentation for (Ideas for increasing employee happiness)

• I worked at Emirates Airline (Dubai - UAE) as Senior HR Admin. Assistant
(on a temporary Contract for 4 months)

Job description:
1-updating staff files on Oracle system.
2-Renewing cabin crew contracts on Oracle system.
