Key Accountabilities:
1. Does sales and marketing activities promoting event management products and services to new prospects and existing clients. Conducts field sales work, new client prospecting and business meetings to clients.
2. Prepares and updates company profile, vendors and suppliers lists.
3. Does budgeting activities for all confirmed projects and exercise spending to the minimum.
4. Oversees onsite event management activities from venue set-up, artist management and logistics.
5. Prepares and submits sales reports and ongoing negotiations to immediate superior.
6. Trains and supervises the administrative and accounts staff in their performance of duties.
7. Builds and recruits new accounts and maintains good relationships with current and new customers.
8. Manages artists management . Deals and negotiates prices to benefit company with higher net profit.
1. Handles the office management and administrative requirement of the Head - Consumer Business Group.
2. Manages her meeting calendar for a smooth and organized scheduling; prepares minutes of meeting and submits the same to all attendees.
3. Handles confidential papers and records and maintains an effective filing system for easy retrieval and access.
4. Prepares, submits and monitors overhead budget for the department office facilities, supplies and equipment. In-charge in the preparation of manpower budget for the entire department in coordination with the corporate HR. Consolidates all IT budget requirement of the department.
5. Leads and supervises two (2) junior administrative staff of the Consumer Business Group in terms of office management and good housekeeping practices.
6. In-charge for the sourcing and arrangements for the Group's business plan, budget and offsite meetings, teambuilding and offsite planning.
7. Closely coordinates to the department Executive Assistants of the direct reports of the Head, CBG.
8. Arranges for visa, airline ticket and hotel requirements of superior during his travels.
9. Performs others duties that may be assigned from time to time.
1. Manages and oversees the leasing administration and documentation process; ensures compliance to standard operating procedures. Leads and supervises 3 leasing administrative assistants, 1 leasing pricing officer, 1 leasing researcher and does coordination work with 5 Property-based leasing administrative officers. Ensures all leasing documents are updated and prepares master list of documents for updated record management system.
2. Handles leasing-related events management activities, program launches, meetings, etc.
3. Monitors and submits weekly occupancy report of all properties owned by Araneta Group. Does presentations during Lease Committee meeting with the owners of the company.
4. Reviews and revises the Leasing Kit, leasing policy as required.
5. Coordinates with the Architecture & Engineering (A&E) of updated leasing plans and provides the same to Leasing/Sales Team.
6. Actively participates in the OPEX & CAPEX budget preparations and submits recommendations as necessary. Involves in the strategic sales planning activities of Leasing.
7. Performs sales and leasing activities to lease-out vacant retail and office spaces to clients. Does selling and meeting prospective clients. Prepares quotation and sales proposal. Negotiates and closes the deal.

5. Responsible in the coordination and timely submission of NPDs and other Marketing/R&D/Operation on-going projects and submits the same to all Kraft Foods International team members.
6. Administers the SEA PAM team site, uploads and updates all reports in the website.

8. Performs dual role as HR’s Sports & Recreation Committee Chairwoman. Plans and coordinates the flawless execution of sports and recreation activities with the sub-committees. Ensures maximum utilization of allotted budget and if possible drives to generate savings through well negotiated costs of activities.
1. Handles the administrative and secretarial requirements of the Manufacturing/R&D Head.
2. Manages the superior meeting calendar, sends out meeting invites and prepares minutes of the meeting and provides copy to all attendees.
3. Handles/keeps confidential files and records (i.e. 201 employees file, product formulations and specs, etc.). Excellent in file and record management.
4. Participants to the Plant Employees/Management Meetings and Labor Management Committee as part of the management team. Assists in the execution of company related events and celebrations.
5. Acts as Plant HR Coordinator and responsible for the timely submission of HR-related reports to Makati Head Office.
6. Monitors, Prepares and submits Tardiness Report, Leave Requests, Employees Benefits claims and other HR-related functions.
7. Prepares office correspondence, memos and minutes of the meeting and submits the same to manufacturing head.
