- Managed the execution of decentralization of the company HR system and ensure that accurate data is maintained in the system.
- Executed testing scenarios for the changes and upgrades that are required for the system, before going live to be accessible for usage.
- Played a major role in the execution of enrolling Directors payroll into the company’s HRIS system, and ensure that accurate payroll is processed.
- Carry out monthly audits on all entries passed into the system to ensure accuracy and compliance with the policy, and perform yearly payroll audits as per company requirements.
- Update & maintain the company hierarchy & cost centers with the accurate details of line mangers & BU head details as per latest company Org Chart. In order to ensure “employee self-services” to function accurately.
- Verify the accuracy of monthly payroll draft and pass the corrections as per-requirement, and then confirm the payroll to prospective department to release the salaries on the assignment date.
- Manage and oversee all entries and transactions concerning directors payroll and ensure accurate payroll.
Internship workplace was dubai rulers court for two months in IT department half of the period was in the suppot desk were i had to ensure all bloked passwords are reseted as per users requests & update the database with the details of new suppliers. The second month i have worked with networking team on improving the network security
