Working as a member of the Software Upgrade unit and our activities for all projects were as follows:
- Creating Validation Plan and Test Plan to fit the customers’ requirement specifications.
- Checking the Entry Criteria checklist and Environment specifications.
- Creating and Updating test cases within the scope.
- Comparison testing by comparing the pre-upgrade environment and the upgraded environment
and executing set of manual scripts.
- Running and analyzing the automated test scripts to match the Out of the Box behavior.
- System Usability and User Interface testing.
- Reporting the bugs that are found during testing.
- Applying the upgrade fixes and regression testing.
- Executing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT), if applicable.
- Creating the summary reports.

the requirement and specifications.
