Responsible for the operational delivery of key recycling and recycling goals
Acting as a key supporting role to the Waste and Recycling Senior officer in the further development .
Check incoming invoices against collections log and liaise with Facilities Business Administration Team to ensure variations are picked up with the contractor to a satisfactory conclusion.
Follow up and supervise all daily site activities in both recycling centers at OXFAM recycling project-Zaatari camp.
Prepare and submit CFW payments on a biweekly basis and monitor cash distribution at CDC .
Follow up with CFW team regarding any CFW related issues.
Support the PM to prepare the work plans / schedules for the field teams
Ensure that beneficiaries are aware of the hotline and helpdesks, through the use of business cards and leaflets, and during orientation sessions at the start of each CfW rotation
Collect and apply appropriate lessons learned and best practices to current projects, and ensure these lessons learnt are pro-actively shared with supervisor, and other team members to apply them in future project development processes.
Represent OXFAM at any coordination meetings with project stakeholders and report outcomes to managers .
Support the team with all administrative tasks as necessary.
Communicate with suppliers and order stationery; ensure availability of day-to-day office items.
Contract Managements, Tender and proposal preparation, Pricing and break-down .
Lays directly with Local authority ministries and different stockholders.
Maintain diary for Director - schedule appointments as agreed, Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems.
Manage reception - act as first point of call for all external communications including general email, post and telephone enquiries.
Make travel arrangements, including researching and booking flights and hotels for staff.
keep the office organized and running efficiently, oversees office supplies — ordering them as needed — keeps track of inventory and interviews new vendors.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks including bill paying, check cutting, mailing checks, making deposits, invoicing, running financial reports, assisting with annual audit etc.

Manage repair and maintenance of office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers
