• Handpicked to lead two projects in wastewater treatment plants and one in Network while ensuring project completion within triple constraints of time, budget, and schedule.
• Providing technical, managerial, and engineering oversight in managing all aspects of construction methodology, cost control, contractual negotiations, and quality assurance as well as site administration and people management.
• Establishing a presence as a resourceful project leader, contributing to planning & scheduling, obtaining timely approvals from authorities, and ensuring smooth site activities.
• Identifying project resources with the precise quantity required in terms of labor, materials, site logistics and infrastructure, and project budgets.

• Enforcing measures for efficaciously maintaining project timelines by analyzing the reports submitted by the subcontractor against the schedule, attending regular review meetings, identifying deviations, and recommending appropriate actions to avoid cost and time overruns.
• Arranged for delivery times of materials to coincide with various stages of the project cycle, prepared the construction schedules, review shop drawings, material submittals, and monthly progress reports, and adhered to policies and procedures.
• Coordinating with project stakeholders (Client, Consultant, and Sub-contractor) on all aspects of the project progress/milestones, preparing periodic reports for management including the status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, upcoming activities & safety records.
• Driving project excellence by providing extensive technical support and construction brilliance to enhance project value, ensuring judicious use of project resources (equipment/ manpower/ material), and the provision of high-quality services in line with the specific requirements of every project.
• Fostering effective communication with all project stakeholders, collaborating with clients/consultants for technical and commercial issues to exceed quality standards and clients’ expectations.
• Handling responsibility for providing the project with authoritative interpretation in addition to handling correspondences and processing interim/final payment certificates.
• Orchestrating aggressive negotiation in terms of quality of works, interim payments, drawings, plans, documentation, etc.
• Planning and coordinating work on a diverse range of projects. Bringing advanced technical expertise to bear effectively on the engineering effort, involved in building works and finishing works in addition to roads and many civil details of the projects.
