• Lead Mechanical contractors in field installation/ construction activities with high safety standards; ensure all construction activities are comply with authorities, industrial and company HSE standards and requirements.
• Coordinate Mechanical related work inclusive scoping, scheduling and execution.
• Deliver mechanical construction work in a quality and timely manner through contractors.
• Participate in Safety Meeting to ensure construction hazard are identified and mitigated.
• Check accuracy of approved construction drawing and documentation for execution.
• Assist the project engineer/manager in development of site work scope specification.
• Conduct construction kick-off meeting with Mechanical contractors.
• Verify contractor personnel records and work procedure applicable for the job.
• Prepare and deliver weekly construction progress report.
• Carry out Mechanical installation and equipment checks, able to coordinate activities progress.
• Ensure As-Built make up is done and submit updates for final update.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for project integration at site prior to handover.
• Organize Mechanical Completion review and assist in operation readiness review for project handing over.
