Eagle Hills is an Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development focused on the development of new city hubs in high-growth international markets. With a focus on developing large-scale real estate projects, Eagle Hills designs and implements mixed-use facilities. In Jordan, Eagle Hills is involved in the development and management of four key mixed-use projects with a total investment of> US$12b, The St. Regis Amman (Hotel and Residences) and Saraya Abdali (home of the W Amman hotel) in Amman along with Marsa Zayed and Saraya Aqaba in Aqaba
• Developing the Marketing division’s short and long-term goals and objectives for EHJ projects
• Leading the development and implementation of the Marketing and CSR strategy, plans and budgets
• Defining and implementing division guidelines, policies and procedures, supporting the CEO and BOD
• Managing a culturally diverse team of 10 through training and motivation
