Duties & Responsibilities:-
Following up with QA/QC Engineers and Ensuring that submitting material and work inspections are smoothly running as per company policy and procedures.
Supporting and promoting all QHSE policies and procedures implemented by the company.
Follow up PQP, Method Statesmen, ITP, and other QA/QC documents submission that may be required for company projects.
Managing to review & verify material submittal and its compliance statement before forwarding to consultant’s approval.
Insuring Reviewed commented shop drawings before submitting a new revision to a consultant.
Supervision of preparation O&M Manuals by QA/QC team in coordination with site operation team
Visiting sites on daily basis and attending meetings with consultant/ main contractor if required
Attending 3rd party visits with consultant for inspections when required
Coordinating for internal quality audit
Ensuring competition of the testing and commissioning tasks at the project(s) as per project progress Maintaining all QA and QC documents legible
Arranging the factory visit for testing of different equipment along with consultant before approval/ dispatching to project site
Follow up work of quality service providers, QA/QC engineers, and inspectors.
Duties & Responsibilities:-
Preparing Method Statement, ITP, Check List & Risk Basements for Installation of mechanical activities in the project site.
Submit (MIR) Material Inspection Request & (WIR) Work Inspection Request for mechanical services.
Closing incoming NCRs in co-ordination with the operation site team
Preparing Method Statement of Testing & Commissioning
Preparing closing out documents (O&M Manuals)
