1) Setting and structuring company's integrated Quality and HSE procedures, policies and management system to comply with the company;s strategic plans, which include quality management structuring, operations and HSE procedures, and efficient implementation, in the business scope of Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone, and designing and implementing a QHSE management business model at RAK Free Zone. Developing strategies of propagating HSE culture and behavioural safety across organization.
2)Designing and delivering structured quality management and safety, environmental training for staff.

1)Ensure automotive, marine, industrial and lube products manufactured at ExxonMobil JVs(e.g. Middle East Lubricants Company/LOBP)and flagships comply with technical specs, and ensure they are manufactured in compliance with specs by audits and reviews and safety and environmental standards, and ensure proper documentation and control.
2) Ensure Lube oil formulations are fully brand quality approved prior to release.
3) To arrange pilot scale blend studies for new and modified formulations in coordination with ME LOBP.
4) To communicate lubricants and petroleum products manufacturing recipes and MSDSs to
LOBPs and audit them on that.
5) Register ExxonMobil petroleum lubricants and specialities across ME countries by liaison with authorities and issuing required technical and registration documentation(e.g. engine tests, IR scans).Assisting in registering " Mobil 1(Synthetic technology lube oil) in some ME countries.
6) Evaluate sources of petroleum basestocks (base oils) from petro-refineries to ensure suitability of these oils in blending ExxonMobil petroleum L&S products which comply to ExxonMobil specs.
