Commercial Manager/Acting deputy GM (GCC - UAE based) (Fit out; construction; Landscaping; Infrastructure; Healthcare; Manufacturing; Retail)
• Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies & objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information & opinions; providing educational opportunities by working with centralized HR.
• Lead and prepare the business plans and annual budgets/revenue, lead the Business Development, Marketing & sales of the divisions.
• Manage the cost control pre & post contract in coordination with the centralized finance department.
• Coordinate with contract department; pre & post contract.
• Manage cash flow, payments & collection receivables.
• Lead the process of completing the business plan, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting as per the agreed assumptions, requirements and deadlines

• Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, sales marketing, field, & technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
