Link Aggregator like Zhone MALC, Adtran NetVanta, ANDA EtherEdge and IMA groups.
ATM WAN switches, BPX and MGX.
TDM Solutions for specific purposes.

Responsible for receiving enterprise complaints by phone or by e-mail, troubleshoot and fix client’s enterprise network by solving physical and logical problems.
Identify the global problems and escalate the case to NOC team.
Monitoring NOOR core and edge devices and take the proper actions.
