-Coordinate job activity with required workshop drawings for each item and submit for approval before implement.
-Ensure site foremen executes construction activities as per instructions, drawings and specs.
-Ensure site materials are properly secured / stored / cleaned and not wasted at beginning of activity.
-Doing quantity survey activities ( concrete, finishing)

-Collect the site progress data for the company planner and cooperate with him to submit the updated time schedule.
-Ensure subcontractors and suppliers adhere to deadlines and contract obligations.
-Pepare the daily, weekly and monthly reports.
-Ensure activity resources are available prior to start and submit inspections to QC.
-Ensure foremen executes construction activities as per instructions, drawings and specs.
-Coordinate preparation of the As built drawings with Tech. Office.
