6- Represent the Company before the Egyptian Courts& Government Agencies (Labor, Residence,
Taxes, Insurance, Investment and Customs Dept, ...etc).
7-Prepare and forwards regular monthly reports on legal issues and cases, and about Legal
Department’s activities and achievements
