2-Drafting, reviewing contracts for all business functions.
3-Provide opinion on the legal impact on the company from any obligation towards third party.
4-Performing all types of legal consultation and following up all legal cases of the company.
5-Participating in organizing the interior rules & regulations.
6- Represent the Company before the Egyptian Courts& Government Agencies (Labor, Residence,
Taxes, Insurance, Investment and Customs Dept, ...etc).
7-Prepare and forwards regular monthly reports on legal issues and cases, and about Legal
Department’s activities and achievements
*Drafting and Review legal documents.
*Attorney before Egyptian Courts
* Government Offices
