Scope: Fabrication and Erection for 72 BRTs, 22 Bridges and 600 canopies
Responsibilities :
• Maintaining project quality management system in the site as per specification/requirement.
• Follow up all inspection activities as per inspection test plan (ITP) and client specification.
• Maintaining and record-keeping of approved site drawings, specification, required standards, method of statement, calibration certificates, inspection reports, material specification, data sheet, submittals etc.
• Attending the scheduled QC meetings with client to discuss the related weekly QC issues.
• Reporting on the performance of the quality system to the management for improving the contractor quality system associated with the effective implementation of this policy and the approved Project Quality Management System.
• Assist inspector with technical points and problem areas.
• Supplied inspectors with the information they require carrying out duties.

Scope: Supervision the execution of wet utility networks for 1045 housing
Responsibilities :
• Preparing the required ITPs and checklists with project specification & codes.
• Inspect the materials as they are delivered on-site and ensure that only approved materials are being used as per approved method statement and manufacturer recommendations.
• Identify and raising any Non-Conformity Cases in the Official Report.
• Recommending corrective action to address non-compliance and deficiencies.
• Follow up and monitoring the closing out of opens RFIs, MIRs and NCRs.
• Daily site surveillance to ensuring that work will be done according to the required specs approved workshop drawings, approved method statement and quality control procedure.
• Reporting on the performance of the quality system to the management for improving the contractor quality system associated with the effective implementation of this policy and the approved Project Quality Management System.

• Reviewing client specifications and check approved drawings.
• Reviewing ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) and apply it.
• Material inspection and review material certificates.
• Check WPS's, PQR's and WPQ’s.
• Check calibration certificates of welding machines and electrode ovens.
• Check welding consumables and their certificates.
• Identify NDT inspection area, percentages and type according to ITP’s.
• Visual inspection on all type of welds.
• Dimensional check according to released drawing for fabrication.
• Prepare and approve inspection reports and final documentation dossier.
• Make the handover of documentation to the client.

Erection of steel structure building, corrugated sheets and its isolation for roof and cladding walls by sandwich panels.
