Appointed as the Senior E-Learning systems Administrator at the King Faisal University for the E-learning Deanship to manage and support their E-Learning project. Dealing vendor of many systems running in E-Learning deanship and team application Administrator and support team.
• Installation management and updating the windows based server running the E-learning applications
• Arranging training for the university staff and student for E-learning applications.
• Designing new strategies to encourage people to use E-learning and improve their experience with electronic learning tools.
• Installation management and updating the sun Solaris based server running on both sun sparc and x86 based hardware server running the E-learning applications.
• Complete administration of the Blackboard (LMS system). Making sure all the application server and database running on the Sun servers are up and running. On application level creation of courses, user enrollment at the beginning of each semester.
• Administration of the Echo System (Lecture recording and online delivery system). Remotely managing and updating the lecture recording device. (Echo system recording devices). Creating the users and courses in the echo systems and integrated them with the LMS to automated lecture delivery.
• blackboard Collaborate (live online classroom system) management. Making sure all the sure services on servers runs smoothly during the live classroom.
Working as the senior support engineer in the Riyadh branch providing the support to client for servers and application issues including the online support and onsite support
• Preparing and installation of the new servers for the application deployment.
• Preparing the implementation and training plans.
• Arranging online and onsite Training for the client on the application.
• Supporting for the servers and application.
• Managing the online support system for the E-learning system where client can open the support ticket regarding their problem in their system. Ensuring the clients get the quick and reliable support for their issue.
