JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management and coordination for Enhancement Projects across the DP’s Communities, total value 70 million dirhams.
PROJECTS: Remraam Enhancement Project of Entry Lobbies, amenities and Podiums, The Executive Towers Enhancement project of Villa’s lobbies and amenities, Dubai Wharf Enhancement Project of Entry Lobbies and Podium landscape project, Manazel al Khor Enhancement Project for Main Lobby and Podium Landscape Project, Bay Square Enhancement Project for Main Building’s Lobbies, JBR podium Enhancement Project.
SKILLS ACQUIRED: Coordination of all the parties involved, consultants, contractors, FM team, Community Management Team, Authorities.

Application of regulations; schematic structure for conceptual phase development, coordinating with Concept Architect. Meetings with Concept Architect, Client and Design Manager. Design of preliminary BIM model. Preparation of gate level request and preliminary submissions to authorities. Development of final BIM model and coordination with Structural and MEP Engineers. Coordination meetings with Structural, MEP Engineers and Project Manager. Structural/Architectural model incorporation and analysis of interferences. Development of detail designs coordinating with Site Engineers and Architects. Final coordination and quality project verification. Preparation of final submissions to Municipality; meetings with Municipality engineers for discussions (Sharjah) and online meetings (Dubai). Support to the tendering department (Bill of Quantities). During construction, continuous collaboration with Site Engineers and Architects for clarifications, revisions, additional details and all their requirements. Efficient archiving of data in the system, revisions, approved drawings, tender drawings, shop and site drawings.
PROJECTS: Villas, schools, residential and commercial buildings (B+G+5), swimming pool, gym.
SKILLS ACQUIRED: Dubai and Sharjah Regulations (Municipality, Green Building, Ministry of Education) Civil Defence Regulations; BIM modeling; Renderings; work in a team as a project architect and project coordinator; development of detail drawings; submissions and authorities requirements, method for hierarchical storage of data.
