- Develop and lead projects (Innovation, Renovation, Cost Savings) across categories (Oral Care and Baby Care) to match the expected packaging, including cost optimization of primary and secondary packaging.
- Maintain packaging standards, specifications, PM & FG codes, BOM, and best practices through proper documentation and online tools/system.
- Build strong partnership with respective business teams from Marketing, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Research & Development team across regions (India, METAP, Europe, APAC) to achieve project deliverables including identify proposed projects to set priorities in term of feasibility, cost savings, and technical resource requirements.
- Support artwork development and printing process, including shade card management.
- Collaboration with suppliers to identify improvement opportunities for packaging materials and equipment.
- Provide technical expertise to achieve resolution of quality and production process with manufacturing sites.

- Leading end to end artwork development projects dedicated for 15 brands under Hair Care, Nutrition, and Oral Care category.
- Lead design process in strategic and adaptive scope. Drive design agency partners to deliver good quality design in effective timeline and collaborate with Unilever Marketing team to create excellent design result. Implement design to value process during design development.
- Build strong partnership with the respective business teams from Marketing, R&D
Packaging, R&D Formulation, SC-MSO Planner functions in order to drive effective and efficient process in artwork development process using Unilever’s product management workflow system.
- Drive artwork printing result by collaborate with print management agency partners and suppliers on technical printing requirements in order to achieve excellent print result.
- Lead the creation of CGI pack images, and orchestration of product content for omnichannel environment using Unilever’s product management workflow system.
- Supporting savings initiative projects under R&D Packaging and Procurement team to ensure the quality of printed artwork.

- Generate packaging optimization ideas and lead project realization.
- Pay attention to details in the development process (packaging design, pilot plant, plant trial, commissioning) that lead to conclusions and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate packaging specifications.
- Communicate, coordinate, and collaborate effectively with functions and suppliers across the AMEA region.
- Deliver estimated savings of 1000K USD/year in 2023.
- Support NPD projects and other productivity projects that require packaging changes.

- Conduct packaging validation, including lab scale validation and plant scale validation.
- Actively participate in packaging line trials (internal and external).
- Network with external parties (suppliers and other relevant bodies) related to project management to meet targets.
- Shadow stream technical leader for BCP Project.
- Assist in innovation, renovation, and productivity projects.
- Initiate lab packaging management system in sample management and equipment maintenance.
- Support sample preparation for local/global tests.

- Participate in the Zero Leakage Project for Bango and Sunlight.
- Evaluate leakage by gathering and summarizing verification points from packing lines.
- Map actions to finalize the tracking system through AM PM verification and standardization.
