Duties and responsibilities:

1- Reports to the Shift Coordinator, Building Supervisor and Division Head.

2- Prepare and submit daily report for all on-going activities, events and any findings to Shift Coordinator, Building Supervisor.

3- Provide assistance to the Facility Management/Furniture Group Supervisor, Project Engineer and Safety Engineer in monitoring on-going projects and maintaining the safety in assigned area and provide regular progress reports.

4- Covered as shift coordinator and carried out its duties and responsibilities during the vacation period of Aramcon Shift Coordinators.

5- Perform daily routine inspection in assigned areas and buildings facilities to maintain a safety and good working environment for all occupants/Users.

6- Create MMT request for rectification of any found deficiencies and CRM request for needed materials through SAP system.

7- Ensure that the assigned areas/buildings and its occupants/visitors comply with Aramco Standards.

8- Ensure that all fire protection equipment are properly inspected, updated and reported to Safety Dept. in monthly basis.

9- Initiate request, monitor, coordinate and follow up with other departments and contractors for the repair and maintenance work requests on assigned areas/buildings until completion.

10- Provide assistance to other Inspectors for their inquiries and needs for materials request.

11- Provide assistance to building occupant needs and queries in accordance with office services policy and procedures.

12- Provide assistance to Safety Dept. in conducting safety drills such as fire and evacuation drills.

13 Participate in any training and activities that promotes enhancement of skills that can contribute in the improvement of department.

14- Shares knowledge & ideas in departmental improvement and solving problems.

Installation of electrical wiring for establishments and other related jobs.
