Prepare the Tendering for the projects.
Taking off items, dimensions & quantities form drawing.
Prepare the Bids summary.
Working on cost plans & Budget for new release projects.
Procure material for the projects.
Prepare BOQs.
Prepare Enquires.
prepare comparisons between offers.
Purchase the materials from suppliers by making LPOs.

Project Engineer ( 16 months)
Duties & Responsibilities :
Co-ordinate between main contractor & sup-contractors.
Follow up with all contractors with scheduled program made by main contractor.
To insure all materials which has been purchased by Meritas to be on site at exact time.
Co-ordinate between procurement department & project department by project program schedule.
Daily follow up with projects to & to insure that the works going on as schedule program.
Insure all contractors following safety rules & regulations .
Weekly meeting with all contractors to stand on their performance & work done on this week.
Prepare monthly reports for the clients on their projects .
Co-ordinate between consultants & others to prepare all documents & drawings
Do Value Engineering exercise for the projects.
Prepare weekly reports statues of projects.
