• Person in Charge for delivering Product presentations in all floor salesmen trainings, New Products launches trainings, CE Forum’s, B2B Forum’s & Support in yearly MENA Forum’s.
• Manage field trainers in all countries.
• Create training materials.
• Localizing all Samsung training materials (PDF, Videos, Scripts, etc…)
• Manage the localization of catalogs & POP’s
• Ensure all the required knowledge in all stores for Samsung products.
• Create training & development programs for internal employees.
• Communicate with the “HQ” in all training activities.
• Support in all Marketing activities regarding the delivery way.
