Provide strategic guidance to organization with regard to IT technology, IT infrastructures and the enablement of major business processes through enhancements to IT
•Develop Information Technology strategy in support of the company’s mission and core objectives
•Negotiate service level agreements with both internal and external customers and service providers and monitor service delivery to ensure the agreed targets and standards are met
•Direct, control and motivate the staff of the Information Technology department
•Direct the preparation and implementation of policies, procedures and standards relating to information and telecommunication systems
•All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Top management
•Meeting management performance standards
•Team supervision and performance management and staff training
•Monitoring and advising on operational costs, Implementing management policies and directives
•Managing the operation and maintenance of the systems.
•Administering Active Directory users and groups, Security Policies, DNS, DHCP, File and Exchange server (2003 and 2007), and BlackBerry service.
•Maintaining all the Operating Systems, website, antivirus.
•Servers Monitoring & Troubleshooting.
•Maintaining a daily, weekly, monthly and annual backup of the data, emails, and database available in the company.
•Exchange server monitoring and keeping it up-to-date all the time with antivirus definitions and software updates.
