-Manage and coordinate the Implementation of SAP S4Hana (FI & MM) and Success factor ( EC & ECP) for different Companies in the Group from different industries ( Tv Channels, Newspaper, House Production and Holding companies) located in 4 different countries (Qatar, UK, Turkey & Lebanon).
- Work as liaison between SAP Partner Team, Business process Owners and Leads to Validate requirements
- Ensure compliance to SAP Project Methodology for all projects, including work plan management, issues and task tracking, preparing steering committee Reports, facilitating milestone sign-off, and control project change processes.
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and Communicate updates with Business Management at the Level of Group and Entities
- Evaluation and Analysis of overall project health, identify risks that require additional management focus and work on mitigation Plan.
- Manage integrations/interface activity to variety of external legacy systems
- Cut-Over Plan management and execution for both project and data migration
- Ensure project is on track in terms of milestones, scope, deadlines, and budget

-Overall responsibility for IT strategy and operation of Pilecubes
-Coordinate with operation manager and head of development to define the roadmap for Pilecubes products Based on business opportunities and market research.
- Serve as a liaison between operations and IT to resolve issue related to Product Deployment.
-Manage Pilecubes CSP Partnership with Microsoft and EBM Partnership with SAP.
- Project Manager: SAP Business one.
- Work closely with company Director and Operation managers to build business process and identify any gaps.
- Work on the Design of a new Technology platform that digitally streamlines all the documents, instructions and feedback between a construction project’s various layers and collaborators in real-time manner. that will be implemented on ERP and integrate it with Manufacturing software.
- Network with international ERP vendors, prospects and customers to identify specific business problems and develop ideas around Providing Solution or building Them.
- Coordinate activities by scheduling\managing work assignments, setting priorities and directing the work of subordinate staff.
