E-Payment VAS Solution
IVR-Based value added service that enables callers to query and pay telephony, water, electricity, MTN mobile, and Al-Jazeera Sports bills over the phone.
• Handled project management processes as per CMMI and QMS standards from initiation to closure.
• Liaise with customers, ministries’ representatives, suppliers, and other stakeholders to collect and document software requirements specification (SRS).
• Designed IVR flow charts, prepared voice prompts, and integrated service with e-Payment, card management, TTS and ASR solutions and engines.
UAE Prime Minister Office Contact Center
• Compiled a proposal in response to RFP for a contact center solution in UAE prime minister office.
• Defined technical specifications including design patterns, system architecture and integration between applications, data centers, and communication channels.
• Addressed hardware specifications of required servers, PBX’s, PSTN and mobile VAS connections for the proposed contact center and IVR services.
• Compiled project work products that reflect project interests (stakeholders) including user, supplier and business interests.
