• Working closely with Selevision Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Support and the customer to ensure a smooth implementation and transition from start-up to integration/production mode.
• Train customer personnel when needed.
• Keeping Management informed of activities, alerting of any issues promptly.
• Providing updates to Selevision case tracking system and or other technical applications for Software implementation and Problem Reporting/Resolution.
• Completing end-of-project reports.
Main responsibilities of the Service Management Analyst role included providing first level support through taking calls and handling service request in line with Service Desk objectives.
