Braved to start up and launch a new engineering general contracting company, in Dubai, that succeeded in penetrating the market in record time. Goals included company establishment, authority compliance, full team formation, training & alignment, vision and mission communication, leverage through ERP & accounting system introduction, corporate branding, procedure setting for all departments, pricing strategy setting, cost control, strategic alliance execution to strengthen market positioning, and achievement of ISO 9001:2015.
