 Reviews project specifications
 Participates in the compilation of basic process design, data and process calculations; finalizes process scheme and equipment selection
 Prepares the following documents for Wastewater Treatment Plants (MBR System, Extended Aeration, SBR): Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs), Process Design Philosophy/Functional Description, Hydraulic Flow Diagram, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Valve Schedule and Line List & Process Design Calculations
 Valves and Pipes Sizing
 Equipment and Process Tanks Sizing
 Designs complete Wastewater Treatment Plant to include MBR System, Extended Aeration, SBR, Oily Wastewater/Water Plants, Physical-Chemical Treatment
 Provides engineering and technical assistance (process control and troubleshooting) for proper operation and maintenance of wastewater/water treatment plants
 Liaises with the proposals and projects departments to ensure smooth implementation of the approved design
 Prepares necessary documents for the completion of work such as As-Built drawings, O&M manuals and have them authorized by the consultants & Client.
 Attending meetings with Client / Consultant / Contractor / Local Authorities if any
10+ years of experience in various areas of Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Design, involved in FEED, WWTP Process Design, Hydraulic Calculation, Pump & Pump Stations, Pipe Design, Valve & Valve Chambers, Tender Document Review, Cost Estimation, Preparing Techno-Commercial Proposals, Technical Submittals, Initiate & Verify PFD, HFD, P&ID & Layout Drawings, Material Procurement, Verification on Material Specification, Periodical Site Visit to ensure project progress.
Technical knowledge in the application of engineering, environmental, procurement, construction, inspection, testing and operation practices. Provide Technical Support, Zero Discharge, Sustainability, Coordinating with ADSSC, ADWEA, GHQ, DEWA, SEWA, FEWA, Clients, Consultants and Suppliers.
Design of Valve and Chambers, pump & pump stations, pipe design & head loss calculations
 Selection of chemicals, Calculation of chemical requirement and design of dosing systems
 Applying thermodynamic principles to evaluate change in chemical processes,
 Developing & Verification of Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Hydraulic Flow Diagram (HFD), P&ID and Process Piping Layout, Pipe Profile, Design & Shop Drawings for all facilities
 Design of Sludge Treatment.
 Procuring Electro-mechanical Equipments
 Coordinating with site project execution team
 Attending technical meetings with consultants and clients
 Responding to Consultant comment.
