• Supervise national/international consultant in construction & natural resources working fields in line with FAO strategy and prepare the required plans, ToR’s, JD’s and outputs.
• Support the communication and advocacy team in preparing the required material (including briefs, updates, humanitarian profiles for donors, key stakeholders, headquarters and senior management) and ensuring projects activities and outputs are well highlighted and presented;
• Participate in internal & external meetings, facilitate information sharing, and assist in planning and coordination of activities and events.
• Follow up on a broad variety of administrative and logistical actions necessary for the timely implementation of the project activities including supporting the recruitment actions, supporting the travel requests, arranging the training and workshops, briefing schedules, procurement of equipment, works and services as well as partnership agreements through LoA/MoU etc
