- Work scope generation for base maintenance checks
- Work scope Technical Evaluation for Man Hours and Required Ground Time.
- Detailed heavy check project planning (flowchart, critical tasks, manpower leveling, materials preload, tools and work package preparation, assigning tasks to production phases)
- Identify manpower requirements and shifts patterns and advise Man Power Requirements for a certain heavy check.
- Manage the day to day Production control and Doc Control activities.
- Follow up with all sections to make sure that the aircraft target release date is achieved.
- Prepare technical invoicing for Man Power and materials used (For 3rd Party aircraft)
